WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR?
This program is for Elders, Pastors, Staff, Team Leads and Life Group Leaders at All Nations Church who are growing toward, spiritual maturity. Those who:
1) Desire to explore full time ministry,
2) Desire to serve in lay leadership at All Nations Church or
3) Desire to launch a ministry or minister more effectively in the marketplace.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The Program objectives are:
1) To nurture spiritual formation in Christ followers by encouraging them to think theologically & missionally in their life, ministry, and vocation
2) To equip disciples with knowledge, skills, and attitudes and activate them to champion the vision of All Nations Church
 3) To build All Nations Church “learning community”, which fosters dialogue, cooperation and builds confidence in the participants.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This course consists of the following essential categories/themes for Christian leadership:
Biblical Study, Christian Education and Discipleship, Leadership Development, Ministry, The Old/New Testament Survey, Preaching, Spiritual Formation, Christian Theology, and world religions. There will be twenty-six seminars in eight categories, after which participants can study further.
